Cancellation Policy

At Kartmuch.in, we understand that sometimes plans change and you may need to cancel an order. We aim to accommodate your needs with the following cancellation policy:

• Before Shipment: You may cancel your order at any time before it has been processed for shipping. To cancel your order, please contact our customer support team via email at kartmuch@gmail.com.
• After Shipment: Unfortunately, once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled as it is already on its way to you. In such cases, you may choose to return the product after receipt, according to our return policy.

Please note, if the cancellation request is made after the order has been shipped, you will need to wait for the product to arrive and then follow the return process to seek a refund.
